Tasting Note
Complex and pronounced on the nose with a great array of aromas ranging
from herbs, through reminiscences of zesty citrus, to nutty and savory notes from the sherry. Subtle caraway and dill supported by light and elegant sherry notes and a hint of fresh rye bread. This is definitely a very well thought through modern take on Linie Aquavit. It has a great deal of softness and
plush creamy texture with some freshness. The finish has a lovely touch of fine spicy wood and toasted nuts. It is beautifully composed and a real journey of the aromas and tastes throughout with a cool and refreshing palate.
